1. Car + Driver
Includes:
• A professional private driver with enough English speaking experience to answer questions, share general knowledge about local life, customs and culture, and provide you with excellent customer service.
• All fuel, state and toll taxes, and parking
• Driver's meals and accommodations
Does not include:
• Your meals and refreshments
• Entry fees and tour guides to monuments and other tourist sites
• Driver's tip - a customary gratuity based on quality of service

All cars include AC, and car selection is based on availability (determined closer to the date of your arrival).
Note: We do not charge a flat "per day" price, instead our price is based on a combination of the number of travel days and kilometers. This way we can create a travel itinerary that best meets your interests and budget.
2. Car + Driver + Hotels
In addition to Car + Driver (as described above), many of our guests prefer that we also arrange their hotel accommodations. Most prefer to stay in Midrange rooms, which are neat & clean, with AC, TV, private bath with western style toilet, and a hot water geyser. Complimentary breakfast is included.

Your tour quote will include hotels in the Midrange, unless otherwise requested. Upgrades are available at an additional cost.
Train or Airline Booking
If your India travel plans include train or airline travel, you may choose to make your own bookings or we can make these arrangements for you. To book tickets, the following information is required for each passenger:
• Full name (as it appears on your passport)
• Age
• Passport number
Advance payment is required for most train and airline reservations, because most are non-refundable purchases.
Payment
Half of the tour price is payable at the start of your tour, and the remaining balance can be paid at any time before the end of your tour. Driver's tip should be passed directly to your private driver.
We require advance payment for non-refundable train and airline bookings, as well as some hotel reservations and/or special arrangements.
Confirmation
• To confirm your Car + Driver tour, no advanced payment is necessary unless your tour begins outside of New Delhi.
• To confirm your Car + Driver + Hotel tour, a small advance will be required to guarantee your bookings.
