AS A WOMAN TRAVELLING ALONE, IT WAS A GREAT COMFORT KNOWING BUNTY WAS NEVER TOO FAR AWAY
Bunty took very good care of me during my first trip to India this fall. He helped me choose a route from Delhi to Jaipur, Vrindavan and Orcha and bought my train tickets for Hardiwar based on the things I wanted to do and see. I chose him based on referrals on indiamike.com, his website and his quick response to my first email. He was always timely with contacting me and I felt like I knew him already by the time I arrived. Coming to India is quite an experience, especially the first time and Bunty made the transition much easier than it could have been. As a woman traveling alone, I always felt comfortable knowing Bunty was never too far away and looking out for my well being. Bunty's kindness is genuine and he has a way of making you feel like you are his personal guest, which is very reassuring in a new environment. Hi Bunty, we were very happy with Amit as our driver around Rajasthan. He was courteous, a responsible driver and also very good company. We enjoyed talking to him about various aspects of Indian culture, and the fact that he was able to answer our many questions about the country as we travelled made the trip altogether more interesting. By the last day of our journey we felt we had made a new friend and said good-bye with regret. Within a day of reaching Delhi we were recommending your company to people and will continue to do so. The only improvement we would suggest is for Amit to get a new map! We are already looking forward to planning our next trip to India.

Bunty, I'm writing to thank you for arranging our private driver tour of Rajasthan. I wanted to let you know that Phil & I had a fabulous time in India & we had a truly memorable experience whilst driving through Rajasthan with Deepak. He made every effort to make us feel comfortable and very safe, at all times. His English is very good and he has a great sense of humour! He was happy to share his knowledge of both Rajasthan & India with us along the way. Phil & I are very keen on food & love eating! Deepak kindly helped us to choose the best of Rajasthan's local foods during our journey....needless to say, we had a fabulous time and ate very well indeed! Deepak's time-keeping was spot on! In fact, he was always early to meet with us (whilst Phil & I were always slightly late to meet with him!!) Deepak was professional at all times.A big thank you from Phil & me.
NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR OUR DRIVER AMIT
We visited India in 2008, on a tour organized over the internet with Bunty. We were very fortunate with our choice of tour company, and I would recommend them 100%. We were met at the airport by Amit (Bunty's younger brother), and we were given excellent service throughout our holiday. Amit is a very well presented, personable young man, and is a safe and courteous driver. (If it's your first trip to India, you might find the roads an interesting experience!) Amit cleaned the car, inside and out, every morning and was ready to go whenever we were. Nothing was too much trouble for Amit. During our trip my cards were stopped by the bank, which to say the least caused us a little inconvenience! Amit helped me sort the matter in a calm and unhurried manner. Both my wife and I would trust Amit completely. His service levels were just right, not pushy but always giving good advice, and he was also good company. We gained an insight into Indian life through Amit. I don't think you would get that if you toured with a large party. We hope to return to India, possibly Ladakh, in the future. I would not consider using any other company and we would be delighted if Amit was our driver.
MY ADVICE TO FULLY APPRECIATE INDIA: TRAVEL INDEPENDENTLY AND TRAVEL WITH INDIA PRIVATE DRIVER
In early 2009, a chance to travel to India with my son and my friend presented itself at short notice. Not having much time to organise I started searching the net and was flooded with information. Fortunately I chanced onto Bunty’s web page, www.indiaprivatedriver.com. Being somewhat cautious, I contacted a few of Bunty’s customers noted on his reference page and received nothing but glowing reports. This inspired me to contact India Private Driver. I found Bunty to be a very personable man with whom to deal. He is articulate, friendly and very knowledgeable. His approach and reputation persuaded us to use his company. We were met at the airport by Manu, who was to be our driver for our two week trip. From the onset, nothing was too much trouble for Manu. He introduced us to Delhi and we felt safe with his driving and local knowledge. As we had only a rough itinerary for Rajasthan, we found Manu’s knowledge of cities, hotels and restaurants invaluable and he constructed a holiday for us which perfectly suited our budget. We cannot speak highly enough of Manu. His driving is first class, he is very friendly and courteous and most importantly he is very honest. He ensured we found good quality yet affordable accommodation, great restaurants, the best places to shop and provided handy tips when dealing with possible tourist traps. For anybody considering a trip to India my advice is travel independently to fully appreciate the country and to do this safely, use this wonderful company (www.indiaprivatedriver.com).
OUR ADVICE: TAKE BUNTY’S ADVICE – WE DID AND ARE HAPPY FOR IT
We spent a week travelling Northern India with Bunty, and had a wonderful time. Bunty is an excellent driver and we felt safe at all times. His advice about what to do at each stop was excellent. He also advised us about how to handle the people when we were shopping, booking things, sightseeing, etc. and he was always spot on!! He was delightful company and we had a lovely time chatting to him and learning all about his county. We have no hesitation in recommending him as a driver and travel guide and wish him every success with his business.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE – NOTHING WAS EVER TOO MUCH TROUBLE
Our two week holiday in Rajasthan was certainly made very enjoyable by having Amit as our driver. We can highly recommend Amit as an extremely competent, careful, safe and honest driver, and we thoroughly enjoyed his delightful company. He has a great sense of humour and we found him very interesting to talk to. His command of the English language was excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble - everything was always "no problem." In fact, Amit couldn't have been more helpful and on two occasions also helped two of our friends back to their hotel one night when their own driver was unavailable. This only confirmed what we already knew - Amit was the perfect driver and we had struck gold when we booked him! Amit has a sound knowledge of the road network in Rajasthan and also knows exactly which restaurants are safe to eat at in between destinations. He listened carefully to the type of food we wanted to eat and his recommendations for restaurants in Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur made our holiday. Bunty who we had organized our tour with, kept in touch with us throughout our holiday to ensure we were having a good time. We also benefited from Amit's recommendations as to what we should see, including the sequence and timing of some of our visits to various palaces, forts, temples etc, which was invaluable. We will certainly be recommending the outstanding service of both Amit and Bunty to all our friends.
MY KIDS AND I ENJOYED TRAVELING IN INDIA, THANKS TO HELP FROM BUNTY
I just returned from a two week trip to India. I had been there 20 years ago and fell in love with India on that trip. This time around I was taking my two children, ages 12 and 16. I found Bunty through the Lonely Planet website and was impressed with his credentials. Best decision I ever made!!!! Bunty was fun to be with, for me and my sons, and expertly routed us all over northern India. He had a wealth of good information about which sites and markets to see and how best to access them; directed us towards clean, delicious restaurants; and to lovely little guesthouses. My boys had a terrific experience which they will remember forever, and as much as I loved exploring India the first time around, I had an even more wonderful time showing it to my children. The fact that I could turn the details of the trip over to Bunty allowed me to just focus on the kids and see the country. I give Bunty my highest recommendation as a driver and tour guide.

OUR KIDS STILL STILL TALK ABOUT OUR DRIVER SURESH
We had a wonderful time in Delhi, thanks to the driver that Bunty organised for us, Suresh. He was courteous, always on time, safe driver, happy to go the extra mile to show us places or find things at reasonable prices. Our young kids felt comfortable having him around, and by the time we left Delhi he was like a family member to us. Our kids still talk about him, a month-and-half later, and they are just 8 and 6 years old!! The cost of the trip was very reasonable, based on the fact that we had hired drivers at 4 different cities in India after our stay in Delhi. Suresh provided us the best ‘feel-good’ factor compared to the 4 other drivers we had during our trip. Additionally Bunty was prompt in responding to our e-mails and phone calls while planning for the trip, and during our stay in Delhi. Thanks for making our trip a fun and comfortable one.
WE HAD TEARS IN OUR EYES, WHEN WE SAID FAREWELL TO OUR DRIVER MANU
We were initially disappointed that, due to the success of Bunty's business, we were not able to have him as our driver for our 3 week trip in Rajasthan recently. However we were extremely happy with Manu, the driver that Bunty organised for us, and it was with a tear in our eye that we farewelled Manu at the conclusion of the trip as he had become not only a driver but companion and advisor. Manu was always punctual, flexible and offered sound recommendations for hotels and restaurants, but above all he was a safe and cautious driver on the mad Indian roads. In organising our trip Bunty was always prompt with his replies, extremely reasonable with his rates and patient with our constantly changing plans. We will be recommending Bunty to our friends.

I booked a trip with Bunty over the internet. During this process Bunty replied to my emails promptly and arranged the trip exactly as we requested. I also changed what we wanted to do a number of times and Bunty accommodated this. We arranged to meet at the airport and Amit (our driver) was waiting for us. We were driven in a comfortable air conditioned car. Amit had pre arranged stops for us but would also stop as and when we wanted. Amit was very professional and was able to answer all our questions. In our opinion the whole trip was great value for money and made this part of our holiday to India extremely enjoyable.
